Nerissa Leach

Principle Physiotherapist
Certificate in Sports and Exercise Science, BHSc Physiotherapy, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, PGDip Sports & Exercise Medicine, Dry Needling 

Nerissa holds a qualification in Sports & Exercise Fitness, a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy, 2018), and most recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2023. Since 2018, Nerissa has worked across private practice, community health, the Department of Corrections, and the New Zealand Defence Force.


She has also led physiotherapy support for national and international hockey events, including the Masters Hockey World Cup and Trans-Tasman series.


Her approach is holistic, evidence-based, and always client-centred. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or looking to improve your performance, Nerissa brings knowledge, empathy, and experience to every session.

Monshah (Henri-Noel Venturini)

Acupuncturist, Master Healer, Taiji & Qigong Teacher. Programme Leader & Clinical Supervisor – NZ School of Acupuncture

Based in Orewa, Monshah is a trusted acupuncturist and holistic health practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Blending Traditional Chinese Medicine with a deep understanding of energy and healing, he offers gentle, effective treatments for pain, stress, and emotional balance.



At his Orewa clinic, you'll find a calm, supportive space focused on natural healing and personal well-being. Monshah also leads and supervises students at the NZ School of Acupuncture, helping shape the future of holistic healthcare.

A dedicated Taiji and Qigong instructor, he runs local classes and workshops that bring people together to move, breathe, and find inner calm—no experience needed.

Tina Beiting Ren

Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Tina is a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner specialising in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health science, majoring in Chinese Medicine, and is skilled in therapies such as acupuncture, cupping, tuina, gua sha, and herbal prescriptions. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Tina has extensive experience treating pain conditions including back pain, neck and shoulder tension, joint pain, headaches, and sciatica. She also has expertise in acupuncture for weight loss and cosmetic acupuncture, supporting both inner health and outer beauty.


Passionate about women’s health, Tina offers natural, gentle, and effective treatments for concerns such as irregular menstruation, painful periods, menopausal symptoms, and fertility support. Taking a holistic, personalised approach, she focuses on treating root causes rather than just symptoms, with each treatment tailored to restore balance and promote the body’s natural healing. Known for her warm and compassionate manner, Tina provides a welcoming space where clients feel cared for and empowered on their wellness journey.


Tina is an ACC treatment provider and a registered member of the Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand (CMCNZ) and the New Zealand Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Society (NZCMAS). Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her husband and two daughters, daily beach walks, and practising QiGong.

Carolyn Austin

Massage Therapist, Healing Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practitioner

Originally from Taiwan and deeply inspired by the natural balance of Sun Moon Lake, Carolyn brings a calming blend of Yin and Yang energy to everything she does. After a successful 15-year career in real estate, she followed her true calling in 2019,  transitioning full-time into the world of holistic wellness, specialising in Yoga, Reiki Energy Healing, and Reiki Massage Therapy.


Now based at the Orewa Clinic, Carolyn offers deeply restorative Reiki Massage treatments that support physical and emotional balance. Her goal is to help clients feel more relaxed, pain-free, and reconnected with their body’s natural healing ability. She also continues to share her passion as a dedicated yoga instructor within the local community.


In 2024, Carolyn further expanded her healing expertise by completing training in Brain Longevity Therapy, a science-backed method to support brain health and reduce the risk of cognitive decline, including conditions like Alzheimer’s disease.
